Much
of our innovative and mouth-watering Menu is
influenced by the cuisine of the
Mediterranean, especially that of Provence - although
customers may notice a certain Cajun influence as our Chef gets
bored easily.
The Cajun Style is a much-undervalued cuisine, deriving its
influences from both the French and West Indian traditions. It is
difficult to get right - but very rewarding when done properly! 
Indeed - we have it on good Louisiana Authority that our Seafood
Gumbo is one of the best in the world!
Creelers staff are happy, upon request and if given sufficient notice,
to serve dishes not normally on our menu, including lobster, tuna, the
more complex salads and - in fact - almost anything that you could
desire.
We are also happy to cater for parties / celebrations and
offer a children's menu, although smaller portions of our main menu are
encouraged in order to surprise and develop the young palate.
Our menu also always features a number of vegetarian dishes and 'healthy
choices' options - all to the same mouth-watering standards as our
regular cuisine.
