The Restaurant is
intended to be as relaxed and informal as possible. - food and wine
snobbery is definitely NOT encouraged. Eating and drinking with one's
friends or family is one of life's great pleasures and Chef
likes nothing better than to hear abundant laughter from the 'front
house' whilst labouring over your main course. This attitude does not extend to the kitchen, however. We take
your
food very seriously and are therefore constantly striving to improve our menu, our recipes and
our lines of supply to deliver outstanding cuisine to our guests.
Of course, the finest and freshest ingredients are a vital part of
this. Skye & Lochalsh's natural larder - one of the best and
most varied in Europe - provides the freshest fish, shellfish,
meat, game and poultry wherever possible.
Of course, this means that our Menu
varies according to season, as well as individual availability.
In October 2002, CREELERS was one of the two first restaurants in the Skye and Lochalsh area to receive a SCOTTISH HEALTHY CHOICES
AWARD. This award is a symbol of recognition of high standards, good
hygiene, and helps our customers to identify healthier choices on the menu.
